Antenatal Classes

Join our supportive and friendly antenatal classes designed to keep you moving safely throughout your pregnancy.

These classes are designed to support you in staying strong, active, and comfortable throughout your pregnancy. We focus on improving fitness, strength, balance, flexibility, and posture, all while working with your changing body.

Each session encourages safe, mindful movement that supports your body’s natural alignment and helps reduce common aches and discomforts.

The goal is to help you feel prepared for labour and birth, while also building a solid foundation for a smoother postnatal recovery.

Each session is tailored to suit all stages of pregnancy, with expert guidance to help you feel strong, confident, and prepared for birth.
